This policy describes how Talviqo (hereinafter "we", "us") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable supplementary national legislation.

- Newsletter and marketing – consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Account data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time after the account is closed.

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.

The service is not directed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
