By using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind the organisation.

We provide an AI-driven platform for talent intelligence and recruitment. We may further develop and change the service over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent security measures, or disrupt the operation of the service.

5. Intellectual property

The service and its content are protected by intellectual property law. You retain the rights to your own content and data.

6. Fees

Any fees and payment terms are set out in a separate agreement or pricing information.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts in the event of a material breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law and disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Sverige as the starting point.
